The Communications Committee includes volunteers and contract workers who are charged with OLOC’s communications (publications, website, FaceBook), including, Steering Committee liaison, editors, social media managers, website designers, zoom crew conveners, and other Affiliates.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEI) was established by the Steering Committee to:
- Help develop a structure for working volunteer committees
- Help develop welcoming, inclusive, and easily accessible introductory materials about OLOC
- Help establish clear accountability measures to be sure all work throughout OLOC meets our goals and objectives, especially as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Help provide resources that are vetted and updated regularly to meet the information needs of the diverse lesbian community and those who care about them.

The Finance Committee (FinCom) develops, manages, and tracks OLOC’s finances, and manages OLOC’s investments in collaboration with our Financial Advisors, and maintains OLOC’s legal standing.
Fundraising & Marketing

The Fundraising and Marketing Committee (FundMark) develops and implements a multi-faceted fundraising and marketing plan which includes annual goals. These goals include raising donations and marketing OLOC.
